Keltoi’s spirited interpretations of Scottish and Irish dance music and soulful vocal harmonies are innovative, entertaining, and uplifting. Ranging from the fiery to the poignant, Keltoi’s music reflects the passion and experience of its members.

Rich Hill (Vocals) has been teaching and singing in Scottish Gaelic since 1989, is a founder of Slighe nan Gaidheal and Féis Seattle, and is also well-known in Seattle’s early music scene.

Vienna Scheyer (fiddle, Scottish small pipes, great highland bagpipes) studied with Scottish fiddler Calum MacKinnon and currently plays pipes with the Cascadia pipe band.

Cameron St. Louis (Flute, Whistles, Scottish Smallpipes and Vocals) driving and percussive flute playing draws inspiration from North Connaught flutists Packie Duignan and Patsy Hanly and his singing style evokes the Stan Rogers and “sean nos” songs he heard growing up.

Bill Woods (Bodhrán) has published three books on the bodhrán and is in great demand as a teacher. He has also worked as a session musician on recording projects as varied as classical, heavy metal, and new age in addition to traditional Celtic music.

Dave Bartley (Cittern) is a multi-instrumentalist who has played many styles of music over the years and continues to range over several genres. He has performed throughout the US and Canada and in England, Australia, France and Greece.
