Karen - Update on Haller Lake Flyer incident
Stuart Hendrickson apologized for article in their flyer

Committe Reports
Finance
- No major changes since last meeting
- Brokerage account is $120,000
- Checking is balanced between inflow and outflow $11,000
- Getting 1099's out
- ~630 members currently

Dance
$1,154 in bank

PNA is asking to raise rent by 50%.

Suggestions:
- Don't go for per head, use benefits as an in-kind payment
- Burden on the dance
- John & Ralph - raise the door
- Pay a premium on big nights
- Reasonable chance that insurance will not go up

Concert
Susan sent report separately

TEM
- 2 concerts this season
Ganzango
Las Gringos Americanos - Tierra Caliente

Camps
Rainy Camp
- It only rained on Friday night
- Registration went really well
- Attendance was down a bit, had some mail problems in Canada
- Great camp, lots of newcomers

NWNYC
- Camp was great
- People signed hold harmless clause, will be in registration next year, there were a few injuries
- 150 paid campers

Folklife and SFS
- Not putting up collateral for Folklife
- Possible options
-- Co-sponsor (with Victory) Cafe Impromptu - not programmed by SFS, we generate stage manager, volunteers, etc.
-- 1 or 2 showcases - Programmed by SFS

Board chooses 2 3-hour showcases, one organized by Bruce (Tribute) and the other by the concert committee

Green festival update
- John will be speaking on a panel about green arts and entertainment
- Marni wants to get more involved for next year
- Karen says Folklife might be willing to co-sponsor a table or booth next year

Tri-Fold
- Susan showed new design, everyone liked it

Ralph may be able to get space at the Seattle Center
